I've been right there in the thick of it - where you're trying to make everything work when there's never enough time, never enough money, and definitely never enough help. I've had my hands in every part of running a business - operations, sales, marketing, hiring, building systems, managing teams - all of it. I had to learn it by doing it.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt
One of the things I'm most proud of? Taking a local service company from just a few people to a real deal operation. Let me tell you - we had to figure EVERYTHING out. How to get the right people on the team (because hiring the wrong ones will tank you), how to keep things actually running (not just surviving), and putting systems in place so stuff gets done right the first time. No textbook or workshop could have taught me what I learned in those trenches.
My background's pretty varied - I've worked in marketing, education, hospitality - and you know what? That's actually been invaluable. It's given me this unique perspective on how different kinds of businesses and people operate. When you've seen problems solved in different ways across different industries, you start to see patterns and solutions that might not be obvious when you're stuck in one lane.
Now, people have called me some interesting things - "tenacious," "driven," and my personal favorite? "The honey badger of business consulting." I'll take it! Because here's the thing - I get curious about problems. I dig in. I want to know everything about what's really going on so we can fix it. Not just put a band-aid on it.
My clients tell me I have this knack for seeing potential - both in people and in businesses. I can usually spot pretty quickly what needs to change to move things forward. I'm known for being able to look at a business and immediately see how to improve it or connect it with the right resources to make it better.
